Preparing your order
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Carrier pickup schedules, weekends and holidays can affect dispatch. If you need a particular delivery date, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping charges
For launch, standard ground shipping is a flat $16.95 per Willow Tree order to the contiguous United States, regardless of the number of Willow Tree items ordered. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. This temporary rate applies instead of weight-based checkout quotes.
We select protective packaging for the products in your order. The flat shipping rate applies to Willow Tree items purchased through this website.
Protective packaging
Figurines and nativity sets are protected in their original product packaging and an appropriate outer carton. Larger pieces and multi-piece sets may require larger boxes or multiple parcels. We choose packaging to suit the order.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please contact us about Alaska and Hawaii before ordering. These destinations are not enabled for online shipping at launch because service and shipping costs must be checked first.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details will be provided after your parcel is dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from order preparation and may change because of weather, holidays or service interruptions.
Address changes, damage or delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change. Once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
International shipping is not offered at launch. Please contact us about P.O. box, military or U.S. territory delivery before placing an order.
