Yes. Add products to your bag and select Secure checkout. Checkout, payment and order confirmation are provided by our Bear Creek Candy Kitchen Shopify store.
How much is shipping?
For launch, Willow Tree ground shipping is a flat $16.95 per order to the contiguous United States, regardless of the number of Willow Tree items in that order. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Online ground shipping currently serves the contiguous United States. Please contact us about Alaska and Hawaii before ordering; service and shipping costs must be checked first.
How are figurines packaged?
We protect the original product box with a suitable shipping carton and cushioning. Larger nativity sets may require larger cartons or several parcels.
Can I return a gift set?
Unused gift sets can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Return the complete set in its original packaging and contact us first.
How do I track an order?
Tracking will be provided after dispatch. For help, contact the shop with your order number.
